Due to limited availability of the 2022 HAF Programme and high demand for places, it is essential that you notify the holiday club no less than 24 hours before your booking commences if your child is unable to attend. This will allow the club to offer your place to another child. If your child fails to attend a session that you have booked and you have not advised us further bookings will be cancelled.
Failure to communicate that your child isn’t attending could result in you being unable to book places under future HAF Programmes.
Please note that some information will be shared with the local authority to confirm eligibility – by applying for a HAF place for your child/children you are declaring eligibility and agreeing to this information sharing.
IF YOUR CHILD HAS ADDITIONAL LEARNING OR BEHAVIOURAL NEEDS YOU MUST PUT THIS IN THE REQUIRED SECTION OF YOUR BOOKING, TO ENSURE WE CAN PROVIDE A SAFE AND NURTURING ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS.
YOUR CHILD MUST BE ABLE TO COPE WITH A GROUP ENVIRONMENT, WITH MULTIPLE ACTIVITIES GOING ON THROUGHOUT THE DAY IN ORDER TO ATTEND.
