COMMUNITY PROJECTS

Community Projects

Active Tots

Sessions run in Bognor Regis and Chichester. Our multi-skills and football focused sessions encourage young children ages 2 – 5yrs to enjoy a range of physical activities and experiences. Supported by a parent or carer, we aim to help young children develop a positive attitude to being active – which will then remain with them for life.

Our excellent coaches understand the developmental needs of your little ones, and appropriate activities are always well planned and flexible, so the needs of each child are met.

Friday Night Football

Sessions run in Bognor Regis (5-11yrs) and Horsham (5-12yrs).

Having positive, fun sporting experiences from an early age enables girls and boys to develop the skills they need not only for football, but also in many sporting activities. Friday Night Football provides a firm foundation for future competitive sport and supports the development of a community ethos.

Sessions always include skills training and match play, but also may include: working with a partner, working as part of a small team, understanding how to communicate appropriately, learning to compete within the rules, expectations of game play and good sportsmanship.

Girls Football

We have always been a driving force in providing girls football opportunities, both in our partner schools and the community. We run Girls Only Football days during school holidays and you can sign up to our newsletter to be kept up-to-date with all things girls football related in Sussex. Click here to find out more and book.

Community Basketball Sessions

Basketball is returning to the community soon! During Spring and Summer sessions run outdoors at The Arena, Bognor Regis. In the cooler seasons, we move into the Phoenix Centre, Bognor Regis. Sessions support skills development at an appropriate level to ensure all participants have an enjoyable experience.

Valuable transferable skills, such as co-operation and sportsmanship enhance the experience for all the individuals who participate in this community project.
